All SOLTECH products are digital guides delivered instantly by download. Because access is granted immediately and the files can be kept, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If your download link fails, you received the wrong file, or a product is not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right — a fixed link or a full refund. Every request is reviewed personally and fairly.
