We are a small operation, and email is how we work best. Write to us whenever something is unclear, and we will answer as plainly as we can.

If you would rather speak to someone, you can call this number. When we cannot pick up, a short email with your order number is often quicker - it lets us look into things properly before we reply.
What you can write to us about
There is no wrong reason to get in touch. Some of the more common ones:
- A question before you buy. If you are not certain a guide is the right one for you, ask. We would rather tell you honestly than have you buy something that does not fit.
- A download link that has not arrived. Your link appears on the confirmation page and in your email straight after purchase. If neither reached you, tell us the email address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.
- A refund. You have 30 days from the date of purchase, and you do not need to explain yourself. There is nothing to send back - the guides are files. Just write to us and we will return your money to the original payment method.
- A question about a guide itself. Something in the method that did not land, or a point you would like explained another way. We read these carefully.
- Anything else. Corrections, thoughts, things we could do better.
If you are writing about an order, including your order number helps us find you quickly.
When you will hear back
We reply on working days, in the order messages arrive. We would rather not name a number of hours we cannot stand behind, so we will say this instead: we answer every message, and we do not leave people waiting without reason. If a few working days pass and you have heard nothing, please write again - it means something went astray, not that we ignored you.
Cancelling an order
If an order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Email us as soon as you can and we will do what we are able to.
