Instant download - no shipping ever

SOLTECH sells digital guides, and nothing else. Every guide is a PDF. Nothing is printed, packed or posted - so there is no shipping, to any address, in any country, at any time. This page is short because there is genuinely very little to say.

How your guide reaches you

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page. The same link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Delivery is handled by the Digital Downloads app within Shopify. There is no account to create; checking out as a guest is enough.

Your access does not expire. You can download your guide again, return to it later, and keep it for as long as you wish, on any device that opens a PDF - phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader.

No delivery charges, no waiting, no tracking

There is no postage to pay, no delivery window to watch and no tracking number to follow. Nothing is dispatched, because there is nothing to dispatch. If you see a shipping field anywhere in the ordering process, you can disregard it - no product in this shop requires an address.

Customs and import charges

We sell worldwide. Because nothing physical crosses a border, a SOLTECH guide carries no customs charges, no import duties and no handling fees, wherever you happen to read it.

If the order email does not arrive

Order emails sometimes settle quietly in a spam or promotions folder. Please look there first and search for SOLTECH. If it still is not there, write to hello@soltech.com from - or mentioning - the email address you used at checkout, and we will send your link again.
